Please note some events above require online registration or are considered Walk Up Events without a pre-registration. All Walk Up Events require online waiver completion before allowed to participate. Waiver completion is only required ONCE per player which then allows player to attend any event
Participation Waivers
Waivers must be completed and acknowledged online before participation will be allowed for any event at BOLT Volleyball. Please provide receipt upon entering
Participants who have register online with BOLT the summer of 2020 and after, these forms should be on record for your participation.
